Qualifications:

• Level of studies: Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Quality or a related field.

• Languages: Fluent in English & French

• Competencies:

  1. Planning & Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims management:

  • Analyze customer claims/alerts.
  • Ensure the monitoring and control of the effectiveness of actions in order to permanently eradicate the problem.
  • Create & update of the quality Improvement Plan.
  • 8D Preparation & Follow up.
  • Ensure claim management according customer requirement.

• Rework:

  • Validation of rework reports.
  • Prepare the rework request.

 • Deviations:

  • Manage internal/ external deviations.

•  Audits and visits:

  • Manage customer audits and visits.

•  Project follow up:

  • APQP, ANPQP, GPMS.

•  Customer Requirements:

  • Ensure assurance / implementation.
