What You’ll Do

Lead logistics project tasks and ensure communication between logistics teams and other departments

Prepare supply chain cost calculations in line with customer-specific and project-specific needs

Analyze and propose optimized supply chain setups to improve E2E cost and footprint

Prepare and follow up on RFQs, including packaging, transport, and 3PL requirements

Present logistics cost breakdowns internally and to customers in a clear and professional manner

Support GPMS-related planning and documentation processes

Participate in project meetings and ensure timely follow-up of action items

Ensure proper documentation and completion of customer templates and project deliverables

Identify project risks and define countermeasures

Support standardization of costing and logistics documentation and templates
- Contribute to cross-OEM support activities and collect best practices and lessons learned
Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain costing and logistics quotation processes
- Understanding of E2E logistics project management and customer-specific logistics requirements
- Ability to clearly explain and justify cost breakdowns both internally and to external customers
- Fluent in English
- Good command of German is a strong advantage (especially for German OEM projects)
- Experience in GPMS or similar project management systems is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
