Your Profile:
- Master Degree's in Finance & accounting field or similar area
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Languages: English Mandatory
Tasks:

| Overdue Management | Requesting and ensuring receipt payment specification on time Maintainance of AR mailbox Initiate result-oriented discussions with customer to identify root cause of overdue if not clear Initiate result-oriented discussions with responsible department within Yazaki; Escalating when appropriate |

| Cross-Functional Colaboration | Collaborating with SBI Team and Invoicing Team - providing and requesting feedback information and documentation related to posted documents Preparing overview and lead BU Follow ups |

| Other | GARAP AR - update and reconciliation (instruct Manual Invoicing team to send all missing invoices) Bad debt calculation Bad debt posting Other Finance related tasks depending on the current Finance organization and set-up |

| Continuous Improvement | Continuous evaluation of current processes and recommendations for process improvements Promote NYS where possible: 5S, 7 MUDA, 3M, Poka Yoke, Standardized Work …) |
