Your Profile:
- Master Degree's in Finance & accounting field or similar area
- Experience: Minimum 4 years & 2 years in similar position leading team
- Languages: English Mandatory
Tasks:

| Manage and supervise the team | Manage resources in an efficient way Ensure that AP daily tasks are performed in accordance with target and group accounting policies Support & Coatch AP team for daily tasks Evaluation and PDP for the team |

| Check and analysis | Perform the daily necessary checks and analysis for AP Perform the monthly analysis for GRNI accounts and Suppliers statment |

| Reports | Provide management information regarding creditors and AP KPIs Provide or deal with any customer or stakeholder queries in a timely basis AP processing backlog Monitoring Ensure escalation process for issues that can not be solved locally |

| Training for new employees | Give training and follow the integration of new employees and Job rotations | |
| Continuous Improvements | Ensure continuous improvements and request any required process improvements to stakeholders, Group accounting and central IT to adopt a flexible and simplified approach in order to meet customer needs | |
