Responsibilities:

 

  • posting of local invoices, posting invoices to SAP - for goods and services;
  • validation and posting of employee expense reports to SAP;
  • processing of reconciliation statement with local vendors; analysis of discrepancies;
  • window person for standard repeatable questions from local suppliers – was invoice paid or when invoice will be paid or if invoice was received to local Finance at all;
  • control of advance payments to local vendors for timely delivery of goods and provision of services and submission relevant invoices to close transaction in accounting;
  • control timely submission of expense reports by employees and timely return of excessive business trip advances;
  • check of incoming documents for compliance with local legislation & company regulations;
  • keeping archive of incoming documentation;
  • posting of accruals for expenses where invoice from local vendor is not yeat received prior to month closing.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Batchelor degree (in accountment);
  • English language (Pre-Intermediate);
  • strong analytical problem solving skills;
  • high level of attention to details and accuracy;
  • professional experience in related areal.
