Your Profile:

Level of studies: Master’s degree in Finance field or equivalent
Experience: 4 years’ experience in similar area
Language: English is mandatory

Main Responsibilities:

Task	Detailed description of main activities
Supervision and Team Management	Manage resources in an efficient way Ensure that AP daily tasks are performed in accordance with target and group accounting policies Support & Coatch FA team for daily tasks Evaluation and PDP for the team
Process Management	Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, monitor workflow to optimize efficiency and address bottlenecks and support team for invoices processing if needed Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulation and Coordinate/participate in internal and external audits related to accounts payable.
Reports	Provide management information regarding AP subledger and AP KPIs including team Workload Provide or deal with any suppliers or function queries in a timely basis AP processing backlog Monitoring Ensure escalation process for issues that can not be solved locally
Training for new employees	Give training and follow the integration of new employees and Job rotations
Continuous Improvements	Ensure continuous improvements and request any required process improvements to stakeholders, Group accounting and central IT to adopt a flexible and simplified approach in order to meet AP customers needs
