Your Profile:
- Level of studies: Master’s degree in Finance field or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in similar area
- Language: English is mandatory
Main Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing |
Review incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and country regulaions. |

Data Entry and Coding |
Accurately enter invoice data into our financial system (SAP), assigning appropriate cost centers and account codes, matching with correct Delivery notes, Scheduling agreements, or Purchase orders. |
|
Issue Resolution |
Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the invoice processing workflow |
|
Verification and Approval |
Verify the accuracy of invoice information, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure all required documentation is attached before processing |
|
Compliance |
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulation |
|
Collaboration |
Collaborate with internal departments, including purchasing, Logistics...... and finance, to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes. |
|
Continuous Improvement |
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounts payable function and/or Cross functionally . |
