“Prove with your results.” This has been Alexandra Lacerda’s motto. As a woman with ambitions, the Vice President of Quality has made an impressive career at Yazaki Europe.
“I really like to be a woman, and I don’t need to change that. I proved my abilities. And I am proud to have been recognized as a competent person regardless of my gender. Today, I have made it my personal mission to open doors for women so that they can prove that they are as capable as their male colleagues.”
