To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist, Prod Planning & Control in our plant in [[location]].

Job description:

 

  • Plan and execute procurement of raw materials to suppliers (order confirmation,shipping confirmation, orders in delay..)
  • Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements
  • Check, periodically, SAP parameters to insure that orders are issuing according to the Scheduling agreements with suppliers
  • Raise Purchase orders from MRP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements
  • Get supplier invoice once parts leave supplier, and make sure all in transit parts are under controlbased on DOH report
  • Insure that all announced quantities/Volumes by suppliers are correctly loaded from, forwarders HUB and will reach the original ETA
  • Minimize over/excessive stock, and avoid dead stock occurrence
  • Communicate Critical parts to Coordinator based on the weekly Coverage report
  • Take immediate contingence actions to avoid production shortage
  • Provide full and clear analysis for any potential risk of Shortage
  • Insure follow-up for trucks loading critical parts in transit
  • Fill up the specific transportation form in case any special transportation is needed before it is conducted
  • In case supplier failure, fill up the internal charge form with sufficient evidences to purchase
  • Perform all department tasks in accordance to existing procedures and IATF, ISO 14000 standards and other programs
  • Obtain proper and timely creation of all reports required by Logistics Department, KPI follow up with preventive and corrective actions if needed

 

 

Job requiremenets:

 

  • Level of education: Bachelor's degree (Technical or Social Studies)
  • Professional experience in related area: Minimum 1 year
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate level
  • English Language: Intermediate level (B1/B2)
  • Knowledge of SAP (MRP module) is an advantage
