1-Line management and monitoring of quality targets of the lines 2-Monitoring, analyzing and reporting customer complaints and internal defects 3-Monitoring the implementation of actions and yokotens for customer complaints 4-Access and control of customer portals. Uploading the necessary documentation to the system 5-Creating and updating control plans for the lines 6-To fulfill and follow quality requirements within the framework of the project organization 7-Monitoring and control of quality documents in production areas (line panels, obeya documents) 8-Preparation of observation standards and checklists 9- Controlling the effects of design changes, determining and implementing actions to be taken 10-Making necessary preparations regarding observation stations and monitoring the data 11- Implementing quality procedures and checking that they are implemented 12-Participating in FMEA studies and identifying risks in processes 13-Following the rework and FTT trend on the lines and determining the necessary actions together with the team 14-Following internal error trends and carrying out error reduction studies (Kaizen, zone kaizen, etc.) 15-Making the necessary preparations within the framework of audit preparations 16-To fulfill other duties defined by the superior 17-Checking customer portals, uploading documents waiting on the portal |
