Responsibilities

  • performing financial forecast;
  • analyze of employees salaries;
  • providing right and in time payment: salary, bonuses, vacations, and sick leaves;
  • analyze and improves the system of employees financial motivation;
  • performing reports on work of payroll employees;
  • conducting data reporting to State Statistics authorities;
  • executes data reporting as to contribution payments to Social Employees Fonds and Pension Fonds, Social Tax.

 

Requirements:

  • strong analytical problem solving skills;
  • high level of attention to details and accuracy;
  • English language Upper Intermediate;
  • professional experience in related area.
