| FUNCTION TARGET: | |||||||||||||
| è | Supporting Administration of global engineering systems, to ensure that Engineering systems have optimum up-time by system monitoring, system configuration tuning, and through license utilization; | ||||||||||||
| è | Responsible for operational support activities with users in North America and Europe including incident | ||||||||||||
| management, problem root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions according to the agreed SLAs; | |||||||||||||
| è | Global support provided to CAD systems used within Yazaki, in both regions, Europe and North Americas | ||||||||||||
| integrating them into Yazaki Tools landscape and making sure they are properly configured, maintained | |||||||||||||
| according to business needs and OEM roadmaps; | |||||||||||||
| è | Active participation in implementing Engineering Applications projects portfolio as needed; | ||||||||||||
| è | Actively participate in its specific field of Engineering Applications procedures and handbooks creation and | ||||||||||||
| maintenance; | |||||||||||||
| è | Support implementing changes in systems within EAM's team area of responsibility, following IT Internal | ||||||||||||
| Change management process; | |||||||||||||
| è | Manage Incidents and problems occuring within EAM's area of responsibility to ensure consistant high | ||||||||||||
| performance and availability for the engineering end user teams; | |||||||||||||
| è | Support and responsibility in the area of managing and monitoring of Engineering Applications License | ||||||||||||
| services; to maximize the utilization of Yazaki software and to identify opportunities for cost reduction | |||||||||||||
| through global; consolidation and license sharing models; | |||||||||||||
| è | Support provided in the Management of new releases, updates and upgrades for systems within EAM's | ||||||||||||
| area; | |||||||||||||
| è | Support provided in the Management of new releases, updates and upgrades for systems within EAM's area | ||||||||||||
| of responsibility. | |||||||||||||
| MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: | ||||||||||||
| è | Bachelor in IT or Engineering; | |||||||||||
| è | Experience working with or managing CAD Systems, good understanding of industry technologies and standards; | |||||||||||
| è | Experience managing IT productive environments (prefferably in the automotive sector); | |||||||||||
| è | High Level Understanding of Design/Manufacturing business processes (would be a plus). | |||||||||||
| è | Advanced English language skills; | |||||||||||
| è | Willingness to travel. | |||||||||||
